I ship from Estonia using the Omniva postal service.


How fast do you ship out?
Orders are shipped out within 1 to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Estonia):

• We process and ship orders within 1-5 business days.

•  Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

• Shipping costs are 3 euros.

• Free shipping is available for orders over 20 euros.
  
  International Shipping:

• We ship internationally from Estonia.

• International orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days.

• Deliveries within Europe usually arrive within a week or slightly more, while destinations outside Europe can take up to three to five weeks. 

• Standard international shipping costs from 3-15 euros. (Additional items may slightly increase the shipping cost due to added weight.)
   

• Damages and Delays:
  
  In case of damages or delays, please be aware that while we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, any damages caused during transit or delays by the postal service are not our responsibility.
   

  Do I have to pay import taxes?

  
  Yes, if you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be responsible for import taxes and duties as per your country's regulations.
  
  Returns:
  
  If the package contains the wrong item, please send a photo of the incorrect item, and we will accept the return. Other than these specific cases, we do not accept returns. Once the package is shipped, it is out of our hands, and we are not responsible for any loss or further damage caused by the postal service.
